Browse Featured Mods

Problem Statement

Featured Mods are only accessible from the homepage and cannot be selected from the standard "Browse All Mods" sorting options. This could makes them less discoverable when users are browsing for mods.

Proposed Solution

Add Featured as a sorting option under Mods > Browse All Mods > Sort, alongside the current existing options such as Newest, Recently Updated, and Most Downloaded. This will allow the users to browse featured mods using the same interface as other sorting options.

To the right of the "View All" header on the homepage, there is a "View All" link. This will filter to only Featured mods.

You can do this manually as well by expanding Filters on the browse mod page, and setting "Featured" to "Only"
