Confirmed—the issue still exists in the current implementation. The Themes & Extensions page only shows the Update action for the active theme, while inactive installed themes receive Activate and Preview actions. We will keep this open until inactive themes correctly receive the Update action when an update is available.

A focused fix is available in #2946. It adds the existing update action to installed inactive Directorist themes only when an update and stylesheet are present, while preserving Activate, Live Preview, and active-theme behavior. The exact LocalWP admin path and the inactive dJobs update target were verified.
