Fix Live Update in hivebalance.tsx for all tokens

Describe the bug
It only updates the details if the user login and logout

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to wallet
2. Click on more 'details'
3. Scroll down to Hive Power , HBD ...
4. See error

Expected behavior
Live Update amounts after operations like power up
