Toolbar positioning flashes from bottom to top of range in Safari

When highlighting a range in Safari, the toolbar appears at the bottom right of the range for a split second, then flashes up to the correct position.

This looks to have been fixed in simplajs/simpla-richtext-behavior@680cd38 (released in v0.4.3). @seaneking could you confirm?

Nope I'm still seeing this intermittently

My guess is that it's a timing issue in Safari and the toolbar sometimes goes visible a microtask before it gets positioned
