Unsovled commitment conflicts found in data preprocessing script

Hello,

I tried to repeat our data preprocessing pipeline but I was disappointed to find there are commitment conflicts existed in the following scripts:

1. data_analysis/scripts/NHEJ_analysis.py line3 ~ line17
2. data_analysis/scripts/NHEJ_analysis_mh.py line 134 ~ 235

I tried accepting the incoming update and it works. Hope this can be helpful to anyone who is also trying to reproduce the analysis.
