I don't really understand where you're coming from, the Oct 7 war (which is still ongoing) is not about conquering land, its about releasing the civilian hostages that Hamas kidnapped. Once they are released, Israel will have no reason to stay in Gaza and the war will end. Up until now, and probably in the future as well, Hamas refused all offers made by Israel to release the hostages, they either changed the terms of the deal or didn't want to release all of the hostages. 20 living hostages remain and another 30 dead bodies are awaiting to be returned to Israel.

We did not conqueror any land during this war, and we have no intention of doing so.

We cannot stop the fighting because we will never again leave any Jew behind. I'll repeat what I said, the war will end when all the hostages are back home.

The US, EU and some undisclosed arab officials are currently in Kiryat Gat overseeing things, Israel cannot attack without approval from them. You better read the news, because literally yesterday Israel stopped fighting in light of the new deal proposed by Donald Trump. Once there are no hostages left there will be no point to continue fighting, but Hamas will never release them.

We have been fighting since 1948, and have agreed to all of the proposed 2 state solutions. We never started a war, it was all done by Egypt, Jordan, Iraq and Syria. Lebanon joined the fights later when Hezbollah and Iran became involved.

You keep using the word genocide, but israel has killed less people than any other nation in wars. Try condemning Iran and Iraq for killing 500,000 people during their 8 year war. That's 62,500 people killed per year (more than the total of Gaza in the entire war), and no one called it a genocide despite chemical weapons and mass civilian casualties.

And that's not even the biggest war that happened in the middle east in the recent years. So no, its not a genocide. Unless you have special standards for Israel.
