Would it be possible to have seperate admin and user accounts?

Would it be possible to have seperate admin and user accounts?

• Login screen or some sort of authentication for security purposes!!! Maybe do an admin account, users, and maybe a guest account (that can be toggled on and off) that doesn't require login but with limitations that you can set etc. etc.
