[BUG] Docker Container Not Starting Due To API Token Error? #174

Description

@reed-write

I have just noticed that my cup docker container will not restart and have found this from the log :

docker logs --tail 50 cup

INFO Starting server, please wait...
ERROR GET https://gcr.io/v2/token?&service=gcr.io&scope=repository:zenika-hub/alpine-chrome:pull: Unexpected error: {"errors":[{"code":"DENIED","message":"This API method requires billing to be enabled. Please enable billing on project #24742942950 by visiting https://console.developers.google.com/billing/enable?project=24742942950 then retry. If you enabled billing for this project recently, wait a few minutes for the action to propagate to our systems and retry."}]}

I might be wrong but i think something needs to changed by the developer of cup due to the api used reaching capacity?
