Checked again: lolipopshock is not hardcoded; only the text template is. formatReviewComment() renders Requested by @${requestedBy}. The orchestrator forwards the original human requester, and the review workflow uses it verbatim.

The actual review run was triggered by sepo-agent-app[bot]. So Requested by currently means “started the overall orchestration chain,” not “directly launched this review.”

I agree this is misleading and unnecessarily re-pings you. It is also inconsistent with orchestrated fix-pr, which already attributes the visible mention to the agent while retaining the human requester internally.

To fix that inconsistency, send:

@sepo-agent /implement avoid re-tagging the original human in orchestrator-launched review synthesis comments; attribute the visible trigger to the agent while preserving the original requester internally
