Task

Implement only the local-session trace foundation for parent #489: define a versioned sanitized trace format and parser, plus an export CLI supporting canonical JSON/JSONL and Markdown/text input. Preserve user/assistant messages and minimal provenance while excluding credentials, environment snapshots, raw tool payloads, and archives. Add focused parser, sanitization, and CLI tests plus relevant documentation. Do not yet implement GitHub attachment/comment verification, the inspection workflow or prompt, memory/rubrics persistence, provider-session restoration, or release notes. Run the targeted .agent test and validation suites for the changed surface.

Verified by TypeScript build, 16 focused tests, all 772 runtime tests, and 5 documentation checks.
