How to export/backup my 'star' articles in 'local rss' mode

Hi, I used 'local rss' mode and have starred some articles in the past ( they don't exist in rss feed now). I want to migrate to tt-rss, and how to export/backup those local articles? It seems if I log out, then all the articles will lost.

@seazon Thanks. Exporting URLs is a simple way but some URLs may have lost their contents or unreachable. Can you export/backup these article contents or publish the contents as a RSS feed format (then I can use tt-rss to subscribe them).
