This field is filled in 5165 of 131839 cases, which is roughly 3.9% of the data. Sometimes this is some number

Eschenweg	19
Rohr im Burgenland	193

sometimes a mistake like in Amlacher Weg ., sometimes the duplicated street name
and most often this seems to be the name of the municipality or Katastralgemeinde.

I'm wondering if this field is really useful and we should maybe drop it?

Hmmmm, if it just were for a dot (as given in your example), I would rather keep it - but with the Municipality or Katastralgemeinde in it, it seems strange.
