Travis CI has been disabled for the Scalameta organization

Due to security vulnerabilities https://twitter.com/peter_szilagyi/status/1437646118700175360, I disabled Travis CI for the entire Scalameta organization. This is the last repo under the organization that is still using Travis CI. Please migrate to GitHub Actions. You can look at the other Scalameta organizations for inspiration on how to setup workflows.
