Enable http while running commands is not available [Regresion]

The http service was fixed in merge ef22a69 but was disable again in commit 7b627b8

Thanks for reporting! We need to work a bit on the extension itself, but with the coming Scala 3 we haven't had enough time to take a look. I will try to work a bit on the extension early next year.
