Detailed installation instructions in the README

On Miraheze's support server, we see people seeking help using wikiteam3 because they are not familiar with how python works and can't understand the installation instructions.

The installation section can be expanded with a link to python's website asking them to install python and have it in their PATH (which should happen by default).

Sometimes, python is in the PATH but pip is not, which will confuse users who are not familiar with python. python -m pip install wikiteam3 --upgrade might be a better way to install wikiteam3.

I can submit a PR if these changes seem fine. Alternatively, a portal executable could be created with pyinstaller, but pyinstaller applications are prone to breakage and require additional attention.

On some systems, like macOS, I've found that venv is the best way to go. It does complicate things, but it prevents a lot of issues if you use it right.

Thank you for the reply! According to @yzqzss, uv would be even better, because it only takes a single command to install wikiteam3 via uv, without the need of virtual environment at all. What do you think about it?

I have contributed some docs in my recent PR (#61), including a tutorial with installation instructions. I introduced three different tools, including uv (strongly recommended by @yzqzss), pipx, and pip (venv). Suggestions are welcomed.

If a user already possesses some programming knowledge, they do not need detailed installation instruction.
If a user does not know how to install Python and setup wikiteam3 and just want to get a wikidump, they should send an archival request to #wikibot.
If a user lack the necessary knowledge but still wish to install, I am confident that today's AI can help them perfectly.
