Stuck on trying to elevate

The APP is stuck in trying to elevate. My TV is rooted.

I'm able to access with root user via ssh and other rooted apps works fine.

My firmware version is 43.21.71 and webos 26/11.2.0-3701

The application worked fine in previous firmware version, now it's stuck...

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

I’m sorry for the delay in responding to your request—for some reason, the notification didn’t go through, and I only just noticed your request.
If SSH is working, PicCap and HyperHDR should also work.
The only thing that could still be preventing Elevated Services from working is the “Quick Start+” option.
Disable “Quick Start+” and perform a cold boot: “Quick Start+” prevents HyperHDR from initializing with clean, elevated permissions. Go to TV Settings → General → System → Additional Settings. Set “Quick Start+” to OFF. Turn off the TV using your remote control. Unplug the TV’s power cord completely from the outlet. Wait 2 to 3 minutes, plug the TV back in, turn it on, open HyperHDR, and check whether the „Elevated Services“ completes successfully.
