How to use the env instead rustus --host "0.0.0.0" --port 1081 ?
Do i need to create .env files?

You can create .env file, but it's better to set these variables in your actual env. For example.

RUSTUS_SERVER_HOST="0.0.0.0"
RUSTUS_SERVER_PORT="1081"

Then apply these variables by running source .env and then run rustus.
