Warn users before a server shutdown.

I was playing, and then everything stopped responding. I thought for sure my connection went down! It was all very discerning, I thought for sure something was wrong with my connection.

It would be nice if you had some way of warning users that there was going to be a shutdown, and for how long.

This could be as simple as a banner appearing on every page 15 minutes before a shutdown/restart.

I'd be happy to submit a pull request, if you give me a little direction :)

P.S. Thanks for making this app, it has been a long time coming. It's a really great way to stay connected with old buddies :P
