Add "build" date on docs.rs page

Currently, the only way to see when the last version of a crate was built is by going to the "builds" page. I think it'd be nice to have this information more easily accessible (on the docs.rs page) and not only for the last version.

I'm actually not sure what was intendet here.

Typically the "docs.rs page" (or "docs.rs crate page") is https://docs.rs/crate/serde/latest.

Since we rebuild versions, something like "latest rebuild date" could be interesting.

@GuillaumeGomez do you remember what you imagined?

perhaps a section in the sidebar? title "release", then "release date" and "latest build date"?

• For the latest build, I suppose we show the latest build for that specific version of the crate? E.g. 1.0.0 and 1.0.1 have different build dates.
• What are the different builds that some crates have? I see different rust and even docs.rs versions.

The version that is visible at that time.

You can follow how the license is put in:

• LimitedCrateDetails , perhaps CrateDetails
• rustdoc/topbar.html

* What are the different builds that some crates have? I see different rust and even docs.rs versions.

The can me manually triggered rebuilds, or our automated rebuilds.
