Create R Markdown site project template

• Add png icon for project wizard to .dcf

• Cross-check with cookbook content for R Markdown sites

Question for @dcossyleon:

I'm seeing two demo sites that look identical- the rmd-demo-course above and the rmd-demo; rendered here. Is there a difference I'm not noticing?

Rendering a fresh template hangs up to build and I think it is caused by the moma lab1.Rmd with gganimate code. I'll simplify some of this.

The rmd-demo is the demo site that the rmd site skeleton with just the most minimal additions to it. This is what I created as I wrote up the cookbook for the fancy Rmd site. Use this one for the template.

rmd-demo-course -- this is the demo site with course-specific content. We had talked about gutting this content and using Jenny's Stat545 content instead. I wasn't sure what the future of this repo was, so I just updated it to have the same CSS as what I created for the template. I guess we could use this site as an example of what you could build if you start with our rmd project template?
(I'm actually noticing a teeny discrepancy in the footer of this rmd site, so I will fix that).
