My Danganronpa Italian Translation

Just finished translating Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc to Italian using GameStringer's WAD Patcher!

Stats:

• 35,865 strings translated
• Used Claude 3.5 Sonnet as primary provider with DeepSeek fallback
• Translation Memory helped maintain consistency for character names
• Quality score average: 87/100

Process:

1. Extracted WAD files using GameStringer's WAD Text Extractor
2. Used the Smart Filter to reduce 18K to 3K meaningful strings
3. Batch translated with AI, then manually reviewed key dialogues
4. Applied patch with the built-in WAD Patcher
5. Exported distributable patch with install script

What I learned:

• The glossary feature is essential for character names consistency
• AI translations for dialogue are surprisingly good with proper context
• The quality badge system helped me quickly find translations that needed manual review
