Rekit on Respawn Broken

I love this plugin, can you pls fix the
rekit on respawn & kill option?

Because these 2 Options does not work:
"rekit-on-respawn"
"rekit-on-kill"

It doesnt worked, but its probably because i have the version 1.5.4, but when im trying to install the version 1.6.2 on a 1.21.8 server it doesnt work, can you help me?

On my 1.21.8 Server is the public kit broken
So if I type /savepublickit kit1 and then publickit kit1 then the kit was simply not saved, so it is broken
