Release: bump plugin version (0.1.4 → 0.2.0) so the cron-less loop daemon reaches downstream installs #109

Description

@robercano-ghbot

What

Bump the orchestrator plugin version in .claude/.claude-plugin/plugin.json (currently 0.1.4) and cut the release so downstream repos can pick up everything shipped since: the cron-less loop daemon (issue #102 / PR #103), the arm-time env fixes and managed-template bumps (claude-rc-service v3, arm-loop v3, pr-loop-service v1, feature-fanout v2 — commits 4bf7dbb, e4f35f6, cd3fbce), the rebrand (#86 / PR #105), the loop-health tick records (#85), and the root pnpm cockpit alias (#90 / PR #108, pending merge).

Suggest 0.2.0 — the daemon is a new capability plus managed-file schema additions, not a patch.

Scope

  • Bump version in .claude/.claude-plugin/plugin.json.
  • Verify the marketplace/manifest references (.claude/.claude-plugin/README.md, marketplace metadata) agree with the new version and mention the daemon.
  • Changelog entry summarizing 0.1.4 → 0.2.0 (daemon + arm-loop, managed-file table generalization, env fixes, rebrand).
  • Sanity: after release, a downstream /orchestrator:sync sees the v2/v3 managed templates and re-stamps cleanly (the exact upgrade path sync exists for).

Sequencing

Owner intent: to be picked up AFTER the currently planned issues (#91, #92) — it should ship with their changes included. Filed backlog; the owner will label planned when the queue reaches it.
