The integration speed and incidence of Runtime errors when using the Unity SDK would be greatly improved if a code generator was able to automatically create view models from Rive files.

We have a bunch of code-gen features planned to improve type safety. No set timeline for that since GPU canvas, text input, and gamepad support are the current priorities. Still, in the next couple of weeks we'll at least expose some public file metadata when you import a riv so you can implement a version of this internally if needed.
