Remove handle_history calls

There a serveral calls of handle_history in the views, which are not needed anymore as history should now be handled automatically by the ringo-request.

Calls in ringo are now removed.
There is still a dummy_method in lib/requests.py which mus be removed. Maybe there are other application which relay on this mthod?
