NLTK material transition

@datakid @interrogator Have all the NLTK materials been migrated over to the new NLTK repo? If so, we should delete them from the lessons repo. (Love the gitter link on the new NLTK readme by the way)

@DamienIrving The new NLTK repo is a work in progress (to be ready by Thursday), but yeah, there's nothing in lessons/nltk that we need for it anymore. @datakid , you strike me as the type to enjoy hitting 'delete'.
