Add configuration settings for font family and size

This implementation should introduce configurable font families and sizes to the application. The proposed plan covers backend configuration updates, platform-specific system font scanning, and frontend integration including reactive stores, dynamic CSS variable application, and new UI controls in the configuration panel.
