Building against this package now generates this warning:

warning NU1903: Package 'SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlite3' 2.1.11 has a known high severity vulnerability

SQLitePCLRaw.lib.e_sqlite3 has a vulnerable dependency on SQLite

I don't want to give anyone the wrong impression: this is a temporary measure and, hand on heart, I don't have any intention of making this a long-term maintenance project. If you need a fix in a pinch though, this might help!
