Acceptance criteria
- Create, rename, and categorize watchlists.
- Add or remove companies from Research, Screener, and Assistant.
- Show a chronological "what changed" feed with data provenance.
- Show data freshness for every monitored item.
- Defer delivery channels such as email and push notifications.
