Update older Linux Live session documents to follow the same format

Some of the older wiki entries have a slightly different format compared to what the new wiki entries have. I want to share the same format/style and extra additional information when it comes to these.

Namely the following need to be formatted (i.e. add installation instructions/format install instructions on different distros, extra info, etc):

• Testdisk (https://rtech.support/disks/data-recovery/testdisk/)
• GSMartcontrol and Smartmontools (https://rtech.support/disks/disk-health/#smartmontools)
• GParted (https://rtech.support/disks/disk-management/gparted/)
• Disk Wipe (https://rtech.support/disks/disk-wipe/)
• Dislocker (https://rtech.support/disks/encryption/dislocker/)

Some guides may need a touchup with more information too (possibly another issue for these instead?)
