Target
Use the v0.24.1 release. The unsigned standard-library core is the portable target. Protected signing, automatic signed sync and snapshot recovery currently require POSIX protections; do not report them as native Windows-supported features.
Bounded contribution
With an authorized Windows environment and synthetic temporary data, publish a reproducible core/protocol run. Record OS/Python versions, exact source commit, command category, counts, timing method and observed results. Use the current canonical schemas, quarantine rules and stable request IDs; the old v0.21 host envelope is not the target.
If a defect is found, contribute a focused fix and synthetic regression case. Distinguish syntax inspection, local synthetic execution and actual host integration. A conformance run is not a claim that Claude Code, Gemini CLI or Work automatic capture was validated.
Do not include usernames, user paths, real prompts/memories, private diagnostics, credentials or native host IDs. The maintainer did not run tests for v0.24.1; only contributors whose own user/host authorizes execution should run them. See REVIEW_HANDOFF.md.
