Documentation; potential issue with ejabberd

Greetings,

I am using macOS version Tahoe 26.

I was following the documentation steps to use pyobs but kept having an issue where trying to run pyobs telescope.yaml would hang/stop at this line forever:

[INFO] application.py:133 Opening module...

For now I have resolved that issue by disabling STARTTLS in ejabberd: (by setting starttls_required: true to false under ejabberd.yml > listen:)

I am not sure if it is an issue just on my end or a general one.

Yeah, having some problems with TLS lately. Even had to revert to an older version of slixmpp, couldn't get the latest one working on non-TLS servers. Will update the documentation as soon as possible.
