Help me in order to make Pycubed in person

hello, I am undergraduate student at POSTECH in Republic of Korea. I tried to make Cubesat satellite, and we wanted to use Pycubed to control it. However, nowadays there is no way to buy Pycubed, therefore, I tried to make PCB with Open sources at JLCPCB.
I have some problem with ordering PCB with SMT assemble.
In JLCPCB, we have to upload 1. gerbers file zipfile, 2. BOM file to assemble, 3. CPL file to assemble.
We tried to upload those file with resouces, but we couldn't make BOM file as a form of JLCPCB.
I kept make files in directly with KICAD or, OrCAD, but I couldn't make those files as a form of JLCPCB.
Especially, I have no idea to generate LCSC Part Number in JLCPCB.
Is there anyone help our team with making BOM file as a form of JLCPCB to us?

pinging @Mikefly123 who I know has had some boards fabbed and might have some ideas. I've only ordered boards to be fabricated by JLC, never had any assembled—but a quick google let me to this plugin, which should let you generate BOM and CPL files in the format that JLC needs: https://github.com/Bouni/kicad-jlcpcb-tools

I would concur with what Flynn said about using that KiCAD plug-in to try and generate your BOM. The format that is generated by default by KiCAD is very frustrating to use.

I will also provide a word of caution by saying that there is still an extreme parts shortage on many of the ICs used by the PyCubed design. To my knowledge, no one has yet made a viable fork of the PyCubed that uses parts that are readily available. This means that JLC will almost certainly not be able to do a full SMT assembly of the boards for you, and I would not recommend this route for creating a PyCubed.

If you are committed to using the PyCubed architecture but are not interested in making a revised design to use in stock parts, your best bet would be to try and partner with a local professional PCB Assembly House and have them source all the needed parts as part of a turnkey assembly deal. I will warn you though that this will be quite expensive. We used a method like this to produce boards in the past and the per board cost of our modified PyCubeds were $600 / unit from an American board house with a minimum order quantity of 5 boards.
