fix(factory): replace the Hive snapshot CTA hostname with a valid TLS endpoint

Problem

src/components/factory/panels/HiveSnapshot.tsx links to hosted-projectbluefin-common-nmq5.hive.kubestellar.io, whose certificate does not cover that hostname.

Evidence

curl -I fails certificate verification because the presented SAN covers *.hivecommons.dev, not the configured kubestellar.io hostname.

Expected

Point the CTA to the active HTTPS snapshot endpoint whose hostname matches its certificate.
