Feat: Ethereum Wrap

The ethereum wrap works consistently for functions like:

• Get signer address
• Get Eth balance of signer
• Get gas price
• Send Ether

etc

Some functionality that is not working at the time of this issue:

• Get balance of an ERC20
• Send an ERC20 to another address
