Add a way of defining the sections in the daily file

For me this is especially relevant with the tasks added by tools, as these will have different meanings perhaps.

For me, this would be something like:

• github PRs where my review has been requested (and I have not provided a review yet, or it has become stale) goes to "Reviews"
• github PRs where my name has been mentioned goes to "Reviews"
• github PRs where I am assigned (or the creator if there is no assignee) goes to "My PRs"
• and more

The idea is that I have some things that are surfaced by tools that are tasks that will likely require my attention (but not necessarily) and there are things that I definitely have to deal with.

What do you say about this one @nover? Is it going too far and making things too complicated? Is there perhaps a better way to make a long dynamic list more readable?
