Direct submission page fails to load for uploaded run

Hi, I submitted a benchmark result successfully, and the CLI returned a submission link:

However, opening the link shows:

Something went wrong
We couldn’t load the leaderboard right now. Please try again.

The CLI reported:

• Rank: #2834
• Submission ID: 1add5cbe-66af-4733-903b-aaf0c848d202

I also enabled unofficial runs and checked the benchmark version, but the run still does not appear on the leaderboard.

Could you help check whether this submission exists in the backend and whether direct links to unofficial/community submissions are expected to be accessible?

Besides, we want to submit as official model, how can we get official key?

Submission Visibility

Unofficial/community submissions should be accessible via direct link. If you're seeing "Something went wrong" on your submission page, that's a bug on the leaderboard side — not something wrong with your submission itself. A few things to try:

1. Check the main leaderboard: Go to pinchbench.com and toggle "Show unofficial runs" in the filters. Your submission should appear there even if the direct link is broken.

2. Re-upload: If it's not appearing at all, you can re-submit the same results file:

   ./scripts/run.sh --upload results/your-results-file.json

   This will generate a new submission ID and might work around whatever state issue is affecting your current submission.

3. Verify results file: Make sure your results/*.json file is valid — the leaderboard API sometimes fails silently on malformed JSON.

The submission link format (/submission/{uuid}) should work for both official and unofficial runs. If the leaderboard page itself is erroring, that's a backend issue we'll investigate.

Getting an Official Key

Official keys are provided to model providers who want their submissions marked as "official" on the leaderboard (indicated with a badge). To request one:

1. Set PINCHBENCH_OFFICIAL_KEY environment variable before running
2. Or pass --official-key YOUR_KEY to the benchmark script

To obtain an official key, reach out to the PinchBench maintainers directly — typically through Discord or by opening an issue specifically requesting official status for your model/organization. Official status is granted to verified model providers to prevent impersonation.
