Issue body actions
- For non-pdf 'save_rulebook()' output pandoc converts XeLaTeX document
- Currently the copyright page in "The Historical Piecepacker" seems to go missing
- May need conditional code for non-pdf output
- Epub output may even want/need image(s) for title/copyright pages?
