The tool will listen on a local port and serve a relatively static webpage, which in turn will communicate with a listening command server.
Essentially this tool will serve as a local version of what the Peeler is doing, but fairly cut down. The emphasis will be on data output, basic command execution and full interaction with a plugin as if it was running on the Peeler.
