Objective

Determine whether one focused NeuralLiquid product is ready for Madica's rolling African pre-seed investment programme and apply only after the full-time-founder, MVP and traction gates are satisfied.

Verified programme facts

  • Applications are open all year; Madica is not cohort-based.
  • Geography: startups operating in Africa and led by local founders.
  • Stage: pre-seed, with an MVP, ideally initial paying customers, and little or no institutional funding.

  • Provide verified traction, preferably paying customers, or explicit current zero-revenue status.
  • Explain why up to US$200,000 materially changes a bounded 12–18 month plan.
  • Decide whether the company can accept Madica's preference not to fundraise during the programme.

Recommended fit gate

Primary candidate: NeuralLiquid building Cognitive Mesh, demonstrated through one bounded governed-agent workflow, only if this can be positioned as one scalable product and not consulting work.

Credible alternative: OmniPost if it has materially stronger live workflow and customer-demand evidence.

Do not apply until full-time commitment and product focus are resolved. Those are programme-level eligibility signals, not copywriting gaps.
