The individual Google Developer Program Premium benefit tracked here is separate from the public Google for Startups Cloud Program.

The public startup programme currently exposes:

• Start tier: US$2,000 for 12 months; requires a working MVP, clear business model, plans to seek venture funding, company founded within 24 months, and no prior Google Cloud credits beyond trial.
• Scale tier: US$200,000 over two years, up to US$350,000 for qualifying AI-first startups; requires recent qualifying institutional pre-seed to Series A funding, company founded within five years, and no more than US$5,000 prior credits.
• Both routes require an 18-character billing account ID and a business email/domain aligned with the public company website.

Do not close this issue based on public programme eligibility. First verify the exact Premium benefit amount, expiry and claim state from the individual benefits page. If the benefit is not claimable, reassess the public Start tier only after the NeuralLiquid legal age, working MVP, website/domain email and prior-credit history are confirmed.

Programme-terms change — 2026-07-17

The public Google Developer Program terms have materially changed for the personal @gmail.com account used by the 2026-05-26 invitation:

• Premium benefits for personal Google Accounts are now consolidated into Google AI Pro / Google AI Ultra.
• Legacy standalone Premium subscriptions are being retired. Monthly personal subscriptions stopped auto-renewing after 2026-06-30; annual subscriptions stopped auto-renewing after 2026-03-30, with benefits continuing only until the current billing period ends.
• Current Cloud-credit amounts are plan-dependent: US$10/month with Google AI Pro, US$40/month with AI Ultra 20 TB, or US$100/month with AI Ultra 30 TB.
• Credits can be applied to Google Cloud products, including Firebase and Vertex AI, through the Developer Program My Benefits page. Redemption requires access to the target billing account; a displayed promo code can alternatively be redeemed in Cloud Billing. The credit can be attached to one billing account, and public guidance says Cloud credits expire one year after grant.

The invitation email confirms only that the recipient's Google One membership included Developer Program Premium Cloud credits at that time. No later claim, redemption, plan-tier, expiry, or billing-application confirmation was found.

Status: still potentially claimable, but it is no longer accurate to track this as a generic standalone Premium benefit with an unknown one-off value. Eligibility and value now depend on the account's active Google AI Pro/Ultra tier or the remaining term of a legacy subscription.

Overdue next action: open the Google Developer Program My Benefits and Google One/AI subscription pages; record the active plan, displayed credit amount, grant/expiry date, claimed state and target billing account. Claim immediately if available. If the benefit card disappeared during migration or the subscription ended, contact gdp-premium-support@google.com with the 2026-05-26 invitation evidence.
