Cognitive Mesh should be presented as one governed execution demonstration, not an architecture catalogue.

Application evidence must show:

• a defined task and visible structured stages;
• one enforced policy or approval gate;
• configured provider execution;
• result plus audit events, latency, usage and estimated cost;
• implemented-versus-planned boundaries and current ownership/status.

The migration baseline was previously identified as stale after additional repository commits. Do not claim a verified build, migration baseline or public-demo readiness until the current head and clean-clone verification are recorded.

Internal status target: 2026-07-20 for a current evidence/blocker update.
