• one stable public URL or controlled recorded demo;
• complete input → AI adaptation → human review → verified export/publish workflow;
• current screenshots and a 2–4 minute demo;
• successful-run count, latency, error rate and estimated cost per workflow;
• usage ceiling, graceful quota handling and reviewer CTA;
• exact cloud-credit request mapped to the next deployment milestones.

This evidence directly supports the Google credit allocation, a later Microsoft for Startups reapplication and the next verified accelerator cycle. Do not broaden product scope before this package exists.
