What to build

A pagination component — <nav data-pagination> containing buttons/links for page navigation. Prev/next buttons, numbered pages, disabled state for first/last pages. Uses existing button card primitives and nav styling.

Acceptance criteria

• <nav data-pagination> containing page buttons and prev/next
• Active page styled as pressed/accent
• Disabled state (first/last page) visible
• Ellipsis for page ranges beyond visible window
• Responsive layout (wraps on narrow viewports)
• All styles in @layer hikari
• Kitchen-sink demo shows a pagination bar
• rules/hikari-rules.md updated with markup example
