Describe the bug

The tip for how a playback method works will become blacked out whenever the button is selected/pressed down

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior. For example:

1. Open a Redstone Programmer's interface
2. Hover over a selected playback method

Expected Behavior

The tip does not black out
