Issue with running in linux wine - Font issue

Tested in Linux Mint:

Wine (installed via software manager from the OS):

The result trying to run shex in Linux Mint + Wine:

Problems:

• Blinking text cursor don't line up with the text character, notice the caret is positioned in the middle of the "C":

• Fonts aren't fixed width
