[Vite Plus] Does not update when editing vite.config.ts, LSP restart needed

Now that #150 has been resolved, it would be immensely useful if the LSPs take in new changes from vite.config.ts the way they do when editing regular config files, but instead I have to restart the LSP every time.

It's difficult to have to do that when configuring oxlint for a long time, there can be a lot of stuff to do there, so I have to do that often.

I'm not sure if this is only an oxlint issue or both oxlint & oxfmt.
