Here's the email I just sent to the TSC list:

Hi all,

We currently have an election open for TSC lead at #154

Currently we do not yet have any nominations.

Over the last year the PQCP project has gone from nothing to having multiple active projects, with high quality implementations, and downstream usage. Having a regular dialog between those teams has hopefully helped stimulate debate and led to better outcomes.

I’ve found leading the TSC a rewarding experience. I’ve learnt more about the technology, and the dynamics of adoption. I’ve understood better how these communities work, building on previous teams I’ve been involved with. I’ve enjoyed working with our friendly, expert community. When I started I was involved in PQC – education, tutorials, scanning/analysis, adoption into larger stacks. However I do now have work commitments that are diverging more from the PQ space, so whilst I may still remain involved (I am still doing some work with PQC, and remain in Quantum), it’s also the right time to not stand for re-election.

All of you in this group are leaders in your own way. Experts in PQC, dedicated to making the implementations the best they can be. The TSC shouldn’t be too onerous, but rather an aid to have a broader forum for discussion to make the best decisions, and maintain communications with other teams we work with. You’ll also be a voting member of the PQCA TAC.

It really would be invaluable of one of you would consider nominating yourself for the role.
