reCAPTCHA disappears on PDP Reviews tab after reload/navigation (Breeze + Magento_ReCaptchaReview)

Please confirm if this is a known Breeze issue with Magento_ReCaptchaReview when reCAPTCHA is inside the PDP Reviews tab (hidden content).

Right now, captcha behavior is inconsistent:

It appears immediately after login.
It disappears on the second page load.
It also disappears after navigating/redirecting to another product page.
We tested on local using your theme, with all third-party and custom modules disabled, and the issue still happens.

Could you please share the recommended Breeze patch/fix?
