Hi, I believe that you have a functionality in the package that allows the user to retrieve Gene Ontology /KEGG ...etc. gene sets from an organism and ontology. I have gone through your documentation but I cannot find which ontology source versions you use, which can be useful to document in my work. My specific example gene set retrieval is from Brassica napus, from the KEGG / GO database. Thank you |

Hi, the GO genesets are curated from both PantherDB (v17.0) and Bioconductor Org.Db (if any). For the Brassica napus species, it only has PantherDB data. For more geneset species info, please refer to: https://genekitr.online/docs/species.html OR https://github.com/GangLiLab/geneset |
